Recently, I purchased an Amazfit Pop 3. However, upon attempting to pair it with the Amazfit app at home, I discovered that the app didn't support my region. I reached out to the store, and while they were initially hesitant to accommodate my request for an exchange, they suggested I try downloading the direct API as an alternative solution. I was able to connect the watch to this direct app sourced from the web.However, I come across another hurdle when the calling feature failed to work with the app. After further discussion with the store, they kindly agreed to facilitate an exchange. I opted to pay an additional 5000 LKR to upgrade to the Kospet Tank 3, which has proven to be an exceptional choice.All these happened within the same day, I had two visits to the store. However, I was deeply appreciative of the accommodating attitude of the staff member who patiently waited for me and even went above and beyond by delivering the new watch to Katubedda junction.Although I experienced initial disappointment with the compatibility issues of the Amazfit Pop 3, I am pleased to confirm that the products offered by the store are indeed genuine. Moreover, their service exceeded my expectations. As a result, I am planning to go to this store again and purchase another watch from them next month.

First of all I would like to start with their online customer service, it was pretty good because in 2 days I might hv taken around 10 calls and I got a response for all and it was very friendly. Next is the price all the prices are extremely reasonable like seriously reasonable, and there was no any outrageous convenience fee unlike some companies and it was a very reasonable delivery fee and the delivery is what I was extremely pleased with I placed the order at around 7.pm night and I received it the very next day evening and if there is anything that can be improved is that yall can add a refund policy of around 2 days that way it could be convenient for the customers. That way we can assure that if there is any problem such as compatability issues or anything they will give a refund that can give yall customers longevity
