So damn cool for the price! If you’re looking for one of the best budget ANC earbuds, I can confidently recommend the Anker Soundcore R60i NC. It’s hard to find another pair that offers this much value for the money.

I do quite a lot of online purchases, and I always compare products and carefully check reviews, as they help both the business and customers. I was about to purchase from a well-known shop, but later, after checking the reviews, I found that most of them were negative. Then I searched on Google for the products I was looking for and found Direct Dealz. My first impression was great — quick responses and, most importantly, very good reviews. I received my order within 24 hours, and all the products were genuine, so there was nothing to worry about 😍. Looking forward to the same excellent service, especially after-sales support in the future as well if needed.

I ordered the Soundcore Rave 3S and it arrived just 2 days after ordering with no delays at all. The quality is great, everything was well handled, and I’m very happy with the purchase. The overall service and product quality were great. Highly recommended!

Just made my first big purchase after my laptop, and I couldn’t be happier! ✨ I got the Anker Soundcore Space One (Black). The headphones came packed and sealed as they were supposed to arrive with their simple delivery cover, and even the packaging had my details neatly listed, which felt very thoughtful. I spent quite some time looking around for the best Awurudu deals, and I’m really glad I found Direct Dealz. Not only did they offer a great price, but their delivery was super fast; honestly, I didn’t expect it to arrive that quickly! Overall, a smooth purchasing experience for me. I’ll definitely be coming back to them for future purchases 🙌🏻

Cheaper prices and better service than most other shops. I have ordered 2 items so far from them and all of them arrived quickly. What sets them apart from others is they are very quick to respond to your order inquiries and always call you back to give an update. Delivery is also quick and both items arrived within 1-2 days (might take longer than that for areas outside Colombo though). Cannot comment on the warranty service but so far, so good.

I bought three Aspor power banks from Direct Dealz the first one about a year ago, the second last July, and the third last November. The first two are still working perfectly. The third one developed an issue where fast charging was not working. When I informed the shop, they immediately asked me to bring it in. They handed it over to their technician and explained that it might be an internal wire or charging socket issue. After the repair, the shop received it back, but unfortunately the charging issue was still present. Without any hesitation, they arranged a brand new replacement for me. I really appreciate their honest service, responsibility, and customer care. The price I got for this model was the cheapest and best compared to other places, and the product quality has been very good overall. Highly recommended for both products and after sales service.

Direct Dealz has proven to be a reliable and efficient store for our tech purchases. My fiance previously visited the shop to purchase a 70mai dash cam, and it’s been working perfectly with no issues so far, which gave us good confidence in the store and the products they sell. I personally visited the store last week to buy the OnePlus Buds 4, and the experience was just as smooth. The service was quick, professional, and commendable — we walked in, got exactly what we needed with proper assistance, and were able to leave without any unnecessary delays. What stands out is how straightforward and efficient the process is. No pressure selling, no wasting time — just clear information and fast service. Definitely a good place if you know what you’re looking for and want to get things done quickly. Would confidently recommend Direct Dealz for genuine electronics and hassle-free service.

This, I received on Monday (07/07/2025). I placed the order on Saturday. I was not aware of this online store previously. I saw this product being advertised on facebook. I am a bit reluctant of facebook deals. Therefore I did an online search with the product name and found this website. Their buyers’ feedbacks were very good and looked genuine. Price too was lower than the facebook price. I placed the order under COD payment option. Sunday being a holiday, on Monday morning I got a call from the store. I verified about the authenticity of the product and satisfied. I made sure that the plug top is UK type. I received the item by the afternoon. It was in a sealed package. 6 months warranty certificate was with the receipt. Plugged in and the indicator light in the switch lit up. Now I have to use it. I knew about the quality of this brand as I already have another product of the same brand. Now I have found a good local online store. Please continue with your good work so I can make more purchases in the future.

Without any hassle or inquiries, they promptly replaced it with a brand-new unit. Special thanks to Mr. Nazmil, who went above and beyond to speed up the replacement process. Now that I have the watch in hand, I can confidently say it’s an amazing smartwatch—great design, smooth performance, and excellent features. If you’re looking for a reliable and stylish smartwatch, I highly recommend this one! Plus, the customer service experience makes it even more worth it. Highly recommended!

I recently purchased my first Sony headphone from this shop, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Before visiting, I called to check if they had the Sony WH-CH720N headphones in stock. The staff answered immediately, and the man who spoke with me was friendly and helpful. I decided to visit the shop the same day, and I’m glad I did. The shop was not crowded at all, and the customer service was outstanding. After purchasing the product, I was able to test the headphones right there. The quality was top-notch, and the product was 100% authentic, which is a priority for me. The shop only sells authentic products, which is a big plus. Unfortunately, they had run out of hard cases for headphones, which I was hoping to purchase since the Sony WH-CH720N doesn’t come with one. However, they went above and beyond by directing me to where I could find one. This level of customer care really impressed me. Overall, I had a great shopping experience. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for genuine products and exceptional customer service.

I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy Fit3 from Direct Dealz and am pleased to report a highly positive experience. The product was genuine and in excellent condition, meeting all expectations. Additionally, the pricing was notably competitive compared to other retailers I have previously used. The customer service was exemplary, further enhancing the overall purchasing experience. After researching for around 3-5 days about the Soundcore Q45, I finally decided to buy it. However, I was neither able to find it in shops around me nor in any reputable shops in Sri Lanka for a reasonable price until I found Direct Dealz. The price was okay compared to other shops, so I decided to buy my product from Direct Dealz. I had never heard of "Direct Dealz" before; it was a completely new shop or website to me ???? But, after reviewing their Google reviews, I finally decided to buy from them. Not gonna lie, I was a little nervous about buying a product from a shop or website I had never heard of :)) So, I ordered with Cash on Delivery. After 10 minutes of ordering, their staff called me and said my parcel was handed over to the courier service ????. I was like, "that was super fast ????️????????️" I received my item in less than 24 hours. The product is a genuine Soundcore, with no damages, pure original..❞ I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy new tech stuff at a reasonable price..???? Also, their WhatsApp admin was very polite. I mistakenly ordered 2 products, and after explaining my situation, he canceled the mistakenly placed order.

First of all I would like to start with their online customer service, it was pretty good because in 2 days I might hv taken around 10 calls and I got a response for all and it was very friendly. Next is the price all the prices are extremely reasonable like seriously reasonable, and there was no any outrageous convenience fee unlike some companies and it was a very reasonable delivery fee and the delivery is what I was extremely pleased with I placed the order at around 7.pm night and I received it the very next day evening and if there is anything that can be improved is that yall can add a refund policy of around 2 days that way it could be convenient for the customers. That way we can assure that if there is any problem such as compatability issues or anything they will give a refund that can give yall customers longevity
