Cheaper prices and better service than most other shops. I have ordered 2 items so far from them and all of them arrived quickly. What sets them apart from others is they are very quick to respond to your order inquiries and always call you back to give an update. Delivery is also quick and both items arrived within 1-2 days (might take longer than that for areas outside Colombo though).

Cannot comment on the warranty service but so far, so good.

I bought three Aspor power banks from Direct Dealz the first one about a year ago, the second last July, and the third last November. The first two are still working perfectly.

The third one developed an issue where fast charging was not working. When I informed the shop, they immediately asked me to bring it in. They handed it over to their technician and explained that it might be an internal wire or charging socket issue. After the repair, the shop received it back, but unfortunately the charging issue was still present.
Without any hesitation, they arranged a brand new replacement for me. I really appreciate their honest service, responsibility, and customer care.

The price I got for this model was the cheapest and best compared to other places, and the product quality has been very good overall.
Highly recommended for both products and after sales service.

This, I received on Monday (07/07/2025). I placed the order on Saturday. I was not aware of this online store previously. I saw this product being advertised on facebook. I am a bit reluctant of facebook deals. Therefore I did an online search with the product name and found this website. Their buyers’ feedbacks were very good and looked genuine. Price too was lower than the facebook price. I placed the order under COD payment option. Sunday being a holiday, on Monday morning I got a call from the store. I verified about the authenticity of the product and satisfied. I made sure that the plug top is UK type. I received the item by the afternoon. It was in a sealed package. 6 months warranty certificate was with the receipt. Plugged in and the indicator light in the switch lit up. Now I have to use it. I knew about the quality of this brand as I already have another product of the same brand. Now I have found a good local online store. Please continue with your good work so I can make more purchases in the future.

After researching for around 3-5 days about the Soundcore Q45, I finally decided to buy it.

However, I was neither able to find it in shops around me nor in any reputable shops in Sri Lanka for a reasonable price until I found Direct Dealz.

First of all I would like to start with their online customer service, it was pretty good because in 2 days I might hv taken around 10 calls and I got a response for all and it was very friendly. Next is the price all the prices are extremely reasonable like seriously reasonable, and there was no any outrageous convenience fee unlike some companies and it was a very reasonable delivery fee and the delivery is what I was extremely pleased with I placed the order at around 7.pm night and I received it the very next day evening and if there is anything that can be improved is that yall can add a refund policy of around 2 days that way it could be convenient for the customers. That way we can assure that if there is any problem such as compatability issues or anything they will give a refund that can give yall customers longevity
